Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Envyo Pro. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

1. Subscription Refunds

All payments for Envyo Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and refund processing on our behalf.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at support@envyo.app with your account email and reason for the refund
  • Contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received after purchase

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

3. After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day refund window, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a technical error
  • You experienced a significant service outage that prevented you from using the product
  • You were charged a duplicate payment

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your learning progress and data will be preserved
  • You can resubscribe at any time

5. Free Plan

The Envyo Free plan does not require any payment and is not subject to this refund policy. You can use the Free plan (A1 and A2 levels) indefinitely at no cost.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
