These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Envyo desktop application and website located at envyo.app ("Service"), operated by Envyo ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Envyo, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Subscription and Payments

Envyo offers paid subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that unlock the full functionality of the Service. Subscriptions are managed through our payment partner Polar.sh.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Prices are displayed in USD.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar.sh account. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@envyo.app within 7 days of purchase.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Envyo application
Share, resell, or redistribute your account access
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass subscription verification or licensing mechanisms
Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including word databases, translations, user interface designs, and software code, is owned by Envyo and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

5. User Data

Your learning progress, custom libraries, and settings are stored locally on your device in an SQLite database. Account credentials and subscription status are stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Envyo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interrupted learning progress.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@envyo.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Local data on your device is not affected.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
